Challenging Kandahar

Hi everyone, We started the World Championship in Garmisch! Downhill course is tough, icy, bumpy and very challenging. That is what I love in ski, there are always some new goals and different challenges. Trying to push the limits and be confident on my skills. Proud to be a downhiller! Greets Ingrid

Bye Aspen!

Hello, Aspen was not a really good week-end for me. Like Sölden, the course was icy and I made too much mistakes on my first run to do the second run. I was disappointed with this result but I know also that my preparation was focused on the speed these last few days and I …more

Last days in Europe

These are my last days in Europe before leaving for Canada. I’ve been training at home for two weeks (just after the Gs in Sölden), especially doing physical training including bodybuilding, hiking and gymnastic. We haven’t skied yet because of the bad weather in France this week. There have been lots of storms and snowfalls. …more

What first comes to my mind is: “Under the rain and on the ice” Three days ski camp in France and snow has disappeared! Ice-training and it is raining- a little bit sad. Anyway I am in a really good shape and training for the giant slalom in Sölden- see you! Ingrid
